How do I
place an order?
Quotes & Orders can be taken via phone, email or by simply filling in the form above. you will receive an email with your order summary after approval.
Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document via email/mail/telephone. Shipping costs are dependent on your location and quantity on your order.
& Payment Options
You can use all the major debit/credit cards, cheques or interact e-transfer.
If you are a customer with established customer relationship with SVR Medical Mask; you are able to use invoice as a payment method as our check out process. If invoicing option is not activated for you although you are repeated customer, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail/telephone, within 2-3 business days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
