place an order?
Quotes & Orders can be taken via phone, email or by simply filling in the form above. you will receive an email with your order summary after approval.

Payment
& Shipping
Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document via email/mail/telephone. Shipping costs are dependent on your location and quantity on your order.

You can use all the major debit/credit cards, cheques or interact e-transfer.
If you are a customer with established customer relationship with SVR Medical Mask; you are able to use invoice as a payment method as our check out process. If invoicing option is not activated for you although you are repeated customer, please contact svrmask@gmail.com and notify us.

Returns
& Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@svrmask.com with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail/telephone, within 2-3 business days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
